Hi, I’m Talia! I am a manager who strives to foster environments where each member of the team is empowered to bring ideas to the table. Having worked in entertainment for over seven years, I’ve collaborated with diverse personalities and talents, seamlessly guiding productions from concept to reality.

My approach is human centered, focusing on the importance of preserving live entertainment experiences in a largely digital world. Some of my earliest memories revolve around theatre, music, and themed entertainment. It’s no coincidence that the arts continue to be an outlet for human connection and unfiltered joy.

I aim to balance this passion for creativity with my expertise in technical production, pushing the boundaries of possibility while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Nothing beats that moment where everything falls into place and the audience erupts into applause. My strengths in conflict resolution, time management, and creative problem solving help bring even the most ambitious projects to fruition.
